Delete your InfluShop account

Delete from the InfluShop app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open More, then Settings.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email hello@influshop.io from the address on your InfluShop account with the subject “Delete my InfluShop account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can delete individual products, links, images, subscribers, and team members from their corresponding screens in InfluShop. To request deletion of another specific piece of account data while keeping your account, email hello@influshop.io from your account email and describe the data you want removed.

What is deleted

Your account profile, email and username, storefront theme, uploaded images, product and affiliate links, short links, subscriber list, team memberships, and InfluShop analytics are permanently deleted. Any active web subscription is canceled as part of deletion.

What may be retained

Fraud, abuse, security, and transaction records may be retained only where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Store purchase records held by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or Stripe follow those providers’ retention rules. An active Google Play or App Store subscription must be canceled separately in your store account; deleting InfluShop does not cancel a store-managed subscription.
